No, at first impression (unless you look like a total player) girls say No because of a number of reasons, not the least of which includes:

Personal Preference in Looks
Style
Haircut
Shoes
Smell
Height
Weight
Posture
Poise
Collectiveness
Responsiveness
Politeness
General Relaxation

The list goes on... If you possess even one of these that she doesn't like, she will say No.

thats quite possible. But also girls are flirts but picky. So they ensure they have guys around them and eventually reject them. It's nature. I think they subconsciously look for compatabilty which will one day create a family.
