do gential pimples hurt, i woke this morning with a big bump on the inside of my vagina lip and was freaking out, i asked my mom and she said it was a pimple, but it hurts so bad, is it normal?

It's perfectly normal, and nothing to worry about.
I'm guessing it hurts more because of the sensitivity of the skin in that area.
But to answer your question, anywhere you have pores, you can get a zit.
