Do game phones exist and if yes where can i buy one?

I live in Europe and saw a picture of some fake looking GAME PhOnE and wanted it. \i searched for sites and could not find any site where i can order it. Can you tell me where i can order it?
If i get the phone - where do i get the games? Do i download them or buy cartrages?
