Do duel in the ear wireless headphones exist for office phones?

I am hearing impaired and have hearing loss in both ears. Both of my ears together equal what a person with normal hearing hears in one year. That being said, speaking on the telephone is a difficult task for me. I need to use both ears. For cell phones I am fine because I have a an Iphone and I use the in-the-ear headphones that comes with the Iphone and I hear great. However, when I talk on my office phone, I miss more than what I am hearing. I need in-the-ear because the headphones that cover my ears don't work as well. I am also away from my desk a lot at work, so I need wireless. I can't seem to find wireless duel in-the-ear headphones for office phones. I can't imagine that it doesn't exist, but I've researched like crazy and cannot find anything. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!!
