Yes. I've served in both Republican and Democratic presidential control. Let me tell you... when you're in the military you can see a MASSIVE change in the quality of your life depending on who's in charge. Its why most military are Republican.

Yes they do traditionally. i don't think that will stop Obama from doing it. Besides, he's got a time table for the troops to be out by January 2010.
