People keep saying that money has disappeared, but I thought TARP money has to eventually paid back (obviously not now, but eventually), so don't any banks (some of which have already paid back with interest), GM, Chrysler, AIG owe that money back? It's not just money given for nothing right?
Do companies like GM and Chrysler end up owing any TARP money back with interest?
