Do christians spend alot of their time on electronics, and little time with God?

Last nite at church we saw a video. It said the average human lives 77 years, spends an hour on the toilet a day, 26 min. getting dressed, and 10 min. with God... Thats less then 7 months a life time. You do the math. I say all the christians need 2 spend at least an hour a day, or more. This video got me wondering.
 
So, if I were using my computer to read and study the Bible, or listening to a podcast of a sermon, or worshiping with music playing on my ipod, I'd be spending time with my electronics and not God? Technology is a tool. It's what you do with it that matters.
