do christians really believe those gay boot camps turn people heterosexual?

No. Boot camp don't change a person. Only the Holy Spirit does. And yes, I have known homosexuals find Christ and now are heterosexuals. With God ALL things are possible!
 
its not natural to love the same sex, I can argue why without using scriptures. The Bible is enough for me but to those that do not take the Bible as evidence than I will say this:

How many young children do you know that display homosexual tendencies. Not just curiosity but actually display a strong fondues for the same sex.

no I don't think a boot camp is going to change anyone. You only change if you want to or with God's help.
