Seems like cartoons can get away with alot more foul language and slanderish type speak? i always see and hear references to jews, blacks, cocaine amonst others on family guy and south park....just wondering if the FCC has different rules....or does it depend on the time slot...
Do cartoons and animation have different rule than regular tv shows by the FCC?
