Do you think car companies spend extra resources as in money to design cars that you can not maintain so they can make more money at the dealership?
I want to know if you have been changing air filters in your car your whole life and find it insanely difficult to pop a new one in the new model cars?
My wife used to have a 2000 Ford Windstar and I swear Ford made it as hard as they coulld to change the air filters.
My 2005 accord which sold also was a bit of a challenge but not as bad as the Windstar.
Anyone else have similar experience.
BTW I am very mechanically inclined I have rebuilt alternators and carbs in the past I just don't think it should take me more than 5 mins to pop in a new air filter.
