Do barbers in the military have the same full health insurance benefits as soldiers?

if your in as an inlisted you have the same as ever one else according to rank.
but many barbers who cut hair for the military are not in the military
I was in the army, I do not remember a MOS for hair cutting.
But that was many years ago

janitors and barbers are active duty soldiers

unless the base has a contract with an outside company in that case then no they dont get military benefits

they usually contract that stuff out now, I was in the Marines for 4 years and all the barbers where civilians AND there were not any on the base I was on, you had to go to town to get your hair cut.
As far as cleaning, every Marine cleans things, maybe not hospitals but they have days called field day where you clean your barracks and other areas
