do anynone know of a aftermarket navi unit that can load U.S and european maps?

me and my friends are stationed in germany, but we will return to the states in a couple of years. we would like to know if there is a aftermarket in dash nav unit that can be loaded with both north american and the european maps, so the device can be used in both countries when we relocate. thanks
