Do any military wives have tips on how to make my husbands deployment go by fast?

My husband is in the Marine Corps and is deploying 8days after im due to give birth to our lil girl. I just wanted to know if any military wives have any tips on how to make the time go by fast??Im already really sad because he is gone right now doing his work up for his deployment..and he will only be gone for a month so I don't know how im going to take him being gone for 7months.. Also will it be hard for our baby girl to bond with him when he comes home since she will be around 7months?
 
get a new hobby that you have never done before, and perfect it. also i have set a goal to lose like 30 pounds while he is gone as well so i focus on that and spend alot of my time working out instead of worrying about him
