I was looking up someone from my past that had dozens of different offenses and violations. He also served time for (felony) illegal drug use and possession of Marijuana. When I was knew him back then he was in and out of jail and joked (which wasn't funny) that he was a "lifer."
Needless to say I was much better without having him around. I saw on some of his records that he had a Judgment debtor on his record and was glad to see that because I was hoping maybe he would finally see that the thousands of dollars of violations do add up especially when he never pays them.
