Do all Hooter girls/waitresses have to enter the bikini contests held at the restaurant?

From reading online it seems that Hooters has bikini contests often for their waitresses?

I'm thinking of becoming a Hooters girls. No, I don't find it degrading and I like the little outfits and men ogling me doesn't bother me!

Are ALL Hooter girls required to participate in the Hooters bikini contests or is it optional?
