i was in an accident, and yes it was my fault, but im not so sure of how much it was. I live in WV and im a junior in high school and i went to school at about 7:45 am and when i went to turn left to go into school a car hit me on the right back passenger side. The cop said it was my fault but when i stopped to get ready to turn left i saw the car and it was way out, and when she did hit me it totaled my car(bent frame, bent axel)
my question is that there is a school zone on the road that i was hit on, that says 15mph when flashing, but it never flashes, and if it was broken can she still be at fault just a little
also scholl starts at 8:05 and buses do arive before 7:45 when the accident occured, i also want to know if i was 100% at fault then what will be the concequences, i know i will get a fine but i dont want to get my license taken away, so i hope this is enough info and thanks
