I think it'll be another black hole where money goes never to return. They should at least give us the school system in return for health care so it can be fixed by real Americans. That would be fair & balanced.
 
I KNOW the gov't cannot do anything well. Worked at the IRS (what a joke), Customs, Social Security, some state agencies...they were all outdated, inefficient & corrupt.

NJ's DMV works great. Last time a got a license it took less than 20 minutes, as opposed to the FOUR HOURS it took last time.
Thing is, NJ let a PRIVATE company take over the DMV.
 
USPS delivers your mail on time
GM produces cars no one wants

All countries with universal health care make it work and some for over 50 years ... so yea, if it can work in Cuba, it'd be very un-American to say it can't here ...
