DM .12 won't load- WTH?

Not sure if this has been referenced, I searched for a while and found nothing.

Issue- want DM 4.1.1.12 can only install 4.1.1.09

have 2 laptops. I did a complete removal of BB software (now BB won't sync) and it still says .09 version of DM.

Went to laptop #2 (which never had BB software on it) I downloaded DM software from TMO and installed. BB syncs again but it is still version .09

What Gives???
Any ideas
