I have a question. I got wrist surgery on Dec. 17, 2008 and I decided to use the Total Gym on January 9, 2009, Firday evening, for a little for my wrist even though I wasn't supposed to but wanted to try it anyway. Five minutes later I got really dizzy and I could not see straight and things were turning around in circles and I felt nauseous that evening for an hour. Then it got better and then I woke up in the middle of the night with it again and then all day Saturday, I still felt dizzy and nauseous, with still a little dizzy on Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Can using my surgically repaired wrist too soon make me dizzy? Maybe a drop or rise in blood pressure could have caused this?
