Hey, I have just come back from a cycle which I had to shortcut, because about 2 miles into my cycle I got dizzy and lightheaded, like I was going to faint on the floor, well it was outside , so ground .lol. I took a break and it got worse and worse, so I decided to take a ride back home, after walking a mile or so, I got my rhythm back, and I was fine again. why did this happen ??? anyone else experience this?
