DIY: Want to get rust off of my bike?

Hi, so my bike is pretty rusty. I'd like to remove all the rust and repaint it. Also, I don't want to waste too much money on it either. Thanks in advance.

try using naval jelly.
it can remove rust.

Use steel wool and arm power. Then paint with a good enamel paint.
