DivX Player Mobile for S60: Convert video?

Just a quick thought...erm, what do you people use to convert video? I mean, I usually just go back to old school and use virtualdub (a godsend of a program), but its compatability with all these new containers and formats has been...lacking. Anybody have an easier converter that gives me all the options I need? Those, of course, being bitrate control, pass control, etc?
