My husband is active duty currently deployed to Iraq and i am residing in Tennessee. I want a divorce. How do i go about starting the process? We have no children and i dont want anything from him.
You will have to see an attorney and tell him/her that your spouse in on active duty. Then there is a form that he will have to fill out agreeing to the divorce. Otherwise, it would not be legal and you don't want that to come back and bite you in the butt in the future.
