his one guy is trying to sell his car with unbelievable price. It is almost one third of kelley blue book price. I asked him why he is selling with that low price. He told me that his divorce is forcing him to sell that car with that price. I just want to know if that is possible. He gave me the car's VIN number and I checked it. The car was in perfect condition and he wants to process the deal on ebay. However, I'm pretty sure that if he sells his car at carmax, he would get three times more than what he is asking for. I just want to know if divorce can force him to sell his car with that much low price. Is that possible? Are there any case like that? Can judge make him to sell like that? or is that a fraud? here is what he wrote : As you probably noticed, the price is rather low: $6,850. Unfortunately a divorce is forcing me to sell it under market value. The car is located in Hendersonville, TN in my garage. A friend of mine is a DAS employee and can deliver the car anywhere in the US. He will get me a really good price if I needed transportation. You will have the car in front of your house in 2 to 5 days, depending on your exact location.

Please help.
Thank you very much.

Well, it could be a scam, or it could be legit. In some cases, the conditions of the divorce are that a certain asset must be sold and the money split between the parties. So it is possible that he is trying to unload the car as cheap as possible to screw his wife out of getting much from it.
