Dissertation help arggghhh!!?

I'm writing my dissertation, but I'm struggling with what exactly to write. My mind is wandering and I can't concentrate, and I just really don't know how to structre it.
I've done the lit review but need to edit it a bit....im now on my methodology. Any help wold be great, Like "A dumbass' guide to dissetation writing!!!"

The dissertation proposal should consist of four elements: the title, problem statement or research question, literature review of the published studies you researched and well-communicated plan, which you plan to execute during the writing phase of your dissertation.
