I want to see this movie so badly, I will have to wait until it comes out on DVD though. It looks good!

one of my favourite movies

Patrick Dempsey, Amy Adams & James Marsden in the same movie
it cannot fail, oh and Susan Sarandon was amazing too.

and The Story

it's just such a feel-good movie that makes you all happy-happy

i live in Australia but i got the dvd off Ebay since its not released here for 2 months!
They're alright..you've got some featurettes about filming the big sequences (Happy working song, that's how you know and the ballroom ending), bloopers, deleted scenes and a short 'Pip's pop-up' adventure. They advertise the Blu-Ray (D-files) and it looks so good if only i could afford a blu ray player.
Apparently for a limited time, you can get a bonus disc of special features at Target when you got the dvd, from what i've heard, people like these features better than the ones on the dvd.

LOVED this movie! It was so beautiful seeing hand drawn animation again.. :in_love:

I may be biased, but even though I liked the ending, [sp]I really wanted to Prince Edward to have been Giselle's true love... Mostly because I love James Marsden and because it would've meant more animated scenes! I'm a hopeless romantic that grew up with Disney princesses living happily ever after with their prince, but this angle was interesting too... [/sp]

Soundtrack's also awesome just in case anyone was considering obtaining it some how. ;)

I'm really excited to see this movie :] My mother and I are going to go see it together because none of my friends would go with me because they think it's a kiddie movie. Psh! Whatevs :P

Here a few featurettes that you might want to check out:

Behind the Scenes - "Legacy"

Behind the Scenes - "Disney Magic"

Behind the Scenes - "Disney Villians"

And Carrie Underwood sang a song for the movie and it's called "Ever Ever After" and you can find it here.

Here is a full length trailer!

i've seen it on a computer (very bad low quality version from my cousin)..but i can't wait til its released in Australia so i can watch it on the big screen with my friends :)

Oh there were people in the theater of all ages (I'm 23...) and there were parts in the movie that the kids obviously loved but then there were aspects that were obviously for the adults.... I bet if you made your friends go with you they would still love it too.. I did!

Even though I'm sad that Idina didn't get to sing in the movie, I think that singing would've been a little OOC for her character :look:
