Disney Dvd question

Does anyone know what,s come out on Disney dvd this year?

I can't watch Disney DVD's.

The films are usually great but I lose the will to live after sitting through a dozen trailers...

Don't Disney dvd's now have that thing where you can skip straight to the dvd menu??

You can skip all the trailers although sometimes you have to skip each one , one at a time.

The MENU key may well take you straight to the menu on some discs

Toy Story 1 comes out on Bluray and DVD on monday a definite buy for any pixar fan

SO does Toy Story 2.

Sensible buyers will get the Bluray which also comes with the film on dvd too so you can still watch it even if your HD player is still in the shops yet to be bought

Animated/computer graphics and real family Disney films are the absolute best, in my opinion. Sitting down to watch one with the room lovely and warm ..... brilliant!

yes at the end of the year alogn with fantasia/fantasia 2000. Dumbo is out on blu-ray/dvd march 22nd too

Is it worth having animation like Lion King in HD?
I have seen the SD version and its stunning on my Toshiba 1080p TV with live action films these seem to make all the difference but I don't notice this with cartoons.

It's getting another theatrical release in Autumn 2011 (the 20th anniversary of its US release), this time in 3D. I assume the Blu-ray/DVD release will come after that.

Oh dear Please leave the classics alone i would rather go and see it in its original way obviously with HD 3D is getting way out of hand.

I agree. I think the only films worth watching in 3D are the ones that were filmed with 3D technology.

Dumbo is out on blu ray on 22nd March.

Dumbo has been delayed a year in the US so I won't be surprised if the UK release cancels at the last minute.

Fantasia/fantasia 2000 also cancelled
