Diskeeper failed to start on volume C:?

I had the trial version for a while, and it worked fine. But when I got the full version, it won't let me defrag my computer. I keep getting a message that says:

"The Defragment operation you requested failed to start on volume PRESARIO (C:). For more information refer to the Diskeeper Help and Windows Event Log."

Now, I've tried that whole " go to Run and type CMD, then 'CACLS * /e /t /c /g Administrators:F System:F' and hit enter" I tried that and it went through the whole process but didn't work. I also tried to go the the "Setdkacls.bat" file, and that didn't work either. I uninstalled and the stock defragmenter was working fine. I reinstalled Diskeeper and it worked fine for one day. The next time I got on I got the message again.

Also, if it helps, I'm running on Windows XP SP3.
