My mom owns a shop on the street and she says that the word is that these ingrates are paying off the health inspectors to overlook their obvious sanitation issues.
I also located, via flyer, a group that has formed to take on this pet store. They are already alerting animal lovers everywhere that this store sells puppymilled puppies. It's a good start. I'm joining the group.

I STILL don't get it. The fucking health board should die too. I don't understand how you can see something like that and not be pissed off! I would still call the news. Seriously. You don't want tthem to get off easy.

Pretty much par for the course, in our county it's the same. Paying off "the man" to operate illegally is normal around here too. Hence my initial suggestion.
