Murray,Josey,Rosa, and Russ in this case.Support? your answer with facts.
murray, josey(murray wife)and rosa agree to steal some money from pete clothing store.they also agree that pete will not be harmed and that no weapons will be used.murray enters the store and gets pete attention by asking him questions about an article of clothing.then josey enters the store and walks toward the cash register while rosa acts as a lookout near the store entrance.pete notices josey reaching into the drawer of the cash register and yells loudly.rosa panics, pulls a gun,and shoots pete wounding him severely.murray, josey, and rosa run from the store and go to russ's apartment around the corner.russ agrees to let them use his car,and murray, josey, and rosa drive to a hiding place.pete later dies from the wound he received.

Not going to do ALL your homework for you but...

There is a conspiracy charge, an armed robbery charge, a felony murder charge for Murray, Josey, and Rosa. You could argue that Rosa was not a principle in the murder... if she remained outside....and had no idea what was happening.... but I would argue all three were principles to the murder. Rosa could argue that she was a minor participant in the murder... and perhaps avoid the death penalty... but she would still go down for the murder. If you are unfamiliar with the Felony Murder rule you should look it up. Felony murder requires no intent to kill.... even if one didn't plan on killing anyone.... if you willingly commit or participate in the commission of a felony crime (like robbery whether it was armed or not) and someone gets killed BECAUSE you were committing a crime... well that is a murder charge for all involved even if only one person knew there was a gun. This can be true even if it was a police officers bullet that actually killed the victim.... because "but for" the robbery the policeman would not have been shooting... therefore it's still the robbers "fault" that some ended up dead.

Russ may be an accessory after the fact if he had ANY idea that he was assisting his friends in fleeing a crime... but that is not in your facts. He may be guilty of nothing but lending a vehicle... which is not a crime.
