Thomas Hobbes (1588-1676). Hobbes analysis and description of the state of nature do not only affect the internal affairs of states, but they are even more pertinet to relations between states. discuss the validity of this statement.
 
I'm afraid that's more of a philosophy question and it sounds like some that would be asked in school (at least by how its phrased).

I guess you could say that. His philosophy relates to the role of the people and government, it could do the same with other nations.
