I work for a company with over 70 stores in NI i am currently a senior sales advisor and am fully trained to be a supervisor to the companies standards! I first of all applied for a supervisor job and just got a letter saying i have been unsuccessful on this occasion but didnt even get an interview. The second time i applied for another store i again did not get an interview nor a letter to say i was unsuccessful however when i asked my manager he told me i didnt get an interview because i had not put my gcses on my application form but i did as i have a copy of the application form which was sent to them!!
do i have a legal case for being denied a promotion???
any reliable help greatly appreciated

are you not guaranteed an interview even if you are fully quialified and meet all the citeria for the job?
