Im trying to find a lost friend from Qatar. I have his home number from Qatar, but its been disconected. Is there any way I can reach Qatar phone operator and ask them to locate the family based on the phone number I have. I do not remember anymore the family surname though. Does Qatar has phone operator? If yes, what is the phone number? What would be the alternative in this case? What would be the best option to find the person/family again?
