Discharged from bankruptcy in july 2008. AC suit on account law suit in december 2007, dismissed without prejudice. Have checked credit report and it shows that account was covered in bankruptcy, and they have not been contacting me in any way. I have pulled up my court records and this appears on there. Any way to get it off? Have read that if cases are dismissed without prejudice they can charge you for it again? But mostly just dont want it to show up on record...
