Disappointed Shippers #22: When you're dreaming with a broken heart the giving up is the hardest part.

Aw, I don't believe that.

I can't believe that , because:

Chuck/Jenny! :bawl:

My OTP! My World! My Everything! :bawl:

Yeah, I have problems. :look: I get unhealthily obsessed with my ships. :rotfl:

I wasn't a fan of Cordy/Angel romance but their frienRABhip was my favourite in Jossverse and I will never be ok with it being destroyed and the whole Connor/cordy thing happening.

Great post  PA was my OTP as well, still hate the way they ruined both characters in the end (Andie by cheating and Pacey during his whole joke of a relationship with Joey)

I thought they'd make a good couple too but I was happy with their frienRABhip

I think if the show had made Joey choose before the finale they could have had Dawson end up with someone too  but unfortunately they decided to dedicate the last episode to the triangle and Joey's choice.

I still wish Pacey ended up with Andie though :bawl: Pacey is so light and happy around her. She really did bring out the best in him :sigh: I'll forever be upset with their breakup and butchering of Andie's character

^ Exactly. In OTH Land it's impossible to fall in love more than once. Would it have been so hard to say 'yes, BL were in love, even if it was for a short time'? Instead, we got that denial crap, which was so clearly a rewrite of history.

Same here. Watching the story and applying common sense you'd think they must realise there is something seriously wrong. But when you read any of their interviews you get the feeling they actually believe they are writing an epic love story with a tortured romantic hero.

Hate saying this because CB were once one of the main reasons I even bothered with the show, but that ship is beyond unrepairable. It was unrepairable when he sold her for a hotel. Now it's just... no worRAB to describe it.

Nathan/Kelly :bawl: Their season 1 build up was so cute and then season 2 came along and Nathan was ooc for the most part. And now it can't even get fixed. :(

:bawl:

Ultimate OTP. What I loved about them is how realistic they seemed, a real portrayal of a teenage couple dealing with their own drama and not contrived teen show stuff. And then Andie was ruined and the triangle happened and DC was any other teenage show.

All of it.

But you know, I never thoght that Spuffy and Freffy as relationship ended bad. Their love wasn't cheapened. Of course it is horrible that Spike died without believing Buffy's ILY and what was done to Freddie was a joke and I cannot even take it seriously (so good to know that all the other writers where against it and I had a hope for him to come back in the movie, which will likely never happen), but at least there is a similar thing between this two: Buffy chose Spike in every way over Angel and Effy chose Freddie in every way over Cook and anyone else. The last things these men heared from their women was "I love you". Effy never told this to Cook and Buffy didn't tell this to Angel even knowing that they all might die and she will never see him again.

Joss admitted that Spike was the man in Buffy's life. JB admitted that Effy believed she and Freddie had a future and that "Effy belonged with Freddie".

It doesn't take away that I hate the ridiculousness of Skins final in general. What a major fail. They basically destroyed the whole gen and left all those characters without a closure. They turned a relatable show about teens into a parody on a cheap horror and by destroying the logic they destroyed everything. Naomi loving Emily since 12 was a joke and made no sense at all. They nevr got to work out their issues and their "happy ending" was a nonsense. Panda/Harvard... I honestly don't know whether to :lmao: or to  because of how stupid it was. And of course it is so romantic that Thomas can now run like a dog and they are going to Harvard together :sigh:

Plus I hate that the writers cannot get over this fail and keep speculating about Cook being dead or alive. Recently they stated that he died, then they changed their mind again and then again hinted on his death. The truth is that they never had a plan and this crazy doctor SL was ****. Periode.

IKR? Blair thinks she lives in Tree Hill now, and Chuck has become a psycho!

Chuck/Jenny.

God, is it so messed up to say that I wish he was obsessed with her and not Blair? :look:
I mean, at least that would be SOMETHING!

Dan/Blair. (At the moment, but I think they'll be fine. They'll be fine, right?! :( :look:)

Also, I kinda feel messed up that I wish she was all durab-durab over him instead of Chuck. :look:
But that'd be fine, since he'd at least treat her nice.

Don't judge me, I have unhealthy ship obsessions! :lmao:

Nothing will ever erase or exceed my disappointment over House/Cuddy - they had amazing chemistry and so much potential and it was all ripped apart by a sadistic set of writers who cleary want their own show to sink. Of course Lisa E choosing to leave didn't help, but the sad thing is I now believe they'd still have been ruined beyond repair even if she'd stayed. I get the feeling the PTB went down the H/C route to keep fans happy, not because they truly wanted to. They were already planning how to screw them up before they even put them together. I feel like a fool now for ever believing they actually had a chance with RAB and Co at the helm. :bawl:

The biggest dissapointment for me was:

Brooke & Lucas--- I've been re watching season 2 alot(my fave season) and season 3 and it's obvious how meant to be they were. They just fit perfectly together. Brooke balanced Luke out while opening him up more, and he did the same while challenging her and making her feel like she didn't need to pretend to get the guy she wanted, she only needed to be herself. He saw who she was beneathe the facade :sigh:. They both matured when they were together and had this sense of being exactly were they belonged. Mark really screwed them and us over....

Other dissapointments:

Dylan & Brenda
Kelly & Brandon

Soap dissapointments:

Sonny & Carly
Luke & Noah
Jason & Courtney

I blame Guza for what he has done to Sonny.

I'm glad he's gone but I wish he had been fired before he had the chance to destroy Sonny/Brenda.:bawl:

I'm glad I'm not the only one who wasn't happy with their SL.

Monica/Chandler really were the better couple.

I loved Cook/Effy. I was ok with their ending cause it was open ended.

I wish they had been written better. I think they had a stronger connection that Freddie/Effy did though.

I loved Ryan/Marissa. I don't get why they had to kill her off.

Mostly I really had a love/hate for them. It's like the writers had no idea how to write them.

I did love Ryan/Taylor too though.

I think Seth/Summer were the best couple of the show.

Cordy/Angel
Phoebe/Cole

I will never get over how they were treated.:bawl:

Sam/Freddie (iCarly) Honestly they had the potential to be a really good couple, but then Sam never grew up and continued to treat Freddie as she did in the 1st season when they were 13 years old. I cant take a couple seriously that's entire basis is bickering and physical abuse. If they were handled better maybe I'd ship them again. Who knows, I might rejoin the forces when iLMM comes out. I'm hoping.

House/Cuddy x 10000 - Never before have I shipped a couple so hard, and consequently never before have I had my heart so broken. :bawl: They had some amazing moments, but overall the writers didn't even try with them. They seemed to think we should just be grateful they were together at all and expected us to accept whatever crap they forced down our throats as a result. :pout: Even if Lisa E hadn't left, they'd still have ****-ed H/C up.

Goddamn you PTB. :in_love:

I agree. IMO Gio/Betty had way more chemistry and potential than Betty/Matt even though I didn't really mind Betty/Matt since at that point all I wanted was Betty/Daniel and her relationship with Matt just seemed doomed to me.
