I fail to see the concern. I hardly ever look at my phone's main screen. I use a Bluetooth headset to answer calls. Even if I didn't, I would not be lokking at the screen while I talked. I would have the phone at my ear. When I am looking at the phone's screen, I am using some application which has its own display.
