Let's not confuse what I am asking you to answer.
In the course Bible studies at Sydney University the point is not that people with medical
disabilities do not want to study from their own choice of Univ. But that this Univ has denied
people with medical disabilities to study from home as the 75 % requirment to study
that course in person is NOT what people who have specific disabilities can comply to do.
Plus, the University should make allowances as they have special consideration for people with
disabilities and when medical reports are given they waiver the course requirement.
So, the disability discrimination Act does require disabled people who cannot meet that requirement to attend in person to COMPLY. That is the point as simple as that , so study from home should be given and the requirement waivered so that study can flow from home : rather than cause person to suffer in a inhumane way by forcing them to comply when disability would prevent the person to do so.
Any other people with medical disability who are denied study from home by this Univ should be
having a say to voice rights too.
