It's on now on BBC1, and oh it's so awful. :yawn:

The male lead looks like a cross between the karate kid and Ziggy BB8 and the female... well I don't know who she looks like but she's annoying me just as much.

Is there anyone out there that likes this?
 
I saw this film years ago and it was the biggest waste of my time ever. Such a mistake to do a sequel to such a classic film as DD and as you say the actors are terrible...but even worse was the cameo by patrick swayze:eek:such a mistake!!
 
How can you say these things!:mad: Dirty dancing was a classic. I watched it a few years ago with my sis and cousin and we all enjoyed it.
 
I had the misfortune of seeing this the other night - I was so gobsmacked at the rubbish acting, and was confused as to the Patrick Swayze cameo - ie how/where/why/what happened with Baby etc :o


It bugged me enough that I googled it, and found this on Wiki

"This film is a "re-imagining" of the 1987 blockbuster Dirty Dancing ..."

so no linkage at all with the original, just the same 'dance/romance' premise as the first.......... beeeeg mistake in my opinion.........
