A friend and I won a dirt bike but we both won it so we agreed that it had to be shared equally, ie 1 week at his house, 1 week at mine. It hasn't even been two weeks and he refuses to let me even ride it. He thinks it fair for it to stay at his house all the time and I can only ride it when he is home, and isn't riding it, well he wont even let me ride it. He refuses to negotiate any deal other than me giving him the bike for free. His family doesn't care and he is even trying to charge me for the things hes doing to the bike (like painting it) even though I told him not to. What can/should I do?
