Dirt bike not running right.. air screw..?

It seems though there is less power band in my o3 cr250 2 stroke. In 5th top speed, it seems like its just slower than before, not so much a bogging problem, just not alot of power and power band and seems maybe alittle hot, but not so sure.
Could be air screw? Carb is all clean, and ran good with same jettings before.
 
The air screw is only effective until the main jet takes over, which happens very soon after the throttle is opened even a little bit, so the air screw is not your problem. Sounds like you've partially seized it - a common problem with this type of machine. Time for a rebore.
