Sounds as if your carb. needs a little adjusting and a clean and NEW air cleaner in front of it, is it missing when you open it up, or does it run good?

Where its leaking from will help determine what is causing the carb to flood out. Is the leak at the bottom? Could be a bad o ring on the drain plug. Is the carb leaking at the airfilter side? could be float sticking or float valve not working or not adjusted. Is it leaking around the area where the float bowl attaches? Could be bad gasket or one or more screws are loose or missing.
