thats what i needed.

i've been calling 611, then getting transfered... but i keep hanging up after an hour hold time.... so needless to say, i hit the 7 calls limit, and now im in the IVR.
 
well wasnt sure ty i will put that in my recorRAB as well i work for a premire dealer and my boss always tells the customer the nuraber or tells them to call 611
