Direct Bikes assembley. HELP!!!!?

I recently purchased a Direct Bikes JL125T-10 from www.scooter.co.uk. When I go to start it up fuel rushes from the bottom and nothing happens. Does anyone know why this is? Am I supposed to connected the fuel pipe myself as most of their bikes are part assembly? Please help me!!!!! Thanks
 
The fuel valve has a vacuum hose attached usually, and as the engine starts to turn, the suction from the vacuum line opens the fuel valve.
It sounds like you haven't hooked up the fuel line to the carburetor. As such, when you try to start it, the fuel just comes out of the valve to the ground.
