My family doesn't drink a lot but we will have about 12 friends (older crowd in their 60's) ... these are my moms friends. There will be 5 bottles of wine on each table a few red and a few white... depending on what dinner they choose.
My question is before the dinner when the appetizers are out I don't want to pay for the hard liquor if they decide to go to the bar and run up a tab. Is there any suggestions to pay for one drink each during the appetizers because this dinner/drink bill will be paid before the party in November.
