It's really hard to be a vegetarian when almost everyone in your community is practically carnivorous. I don't live in a really small town, but most of our restaurants are chains and franchises that don't have many vegetarian options. My boyfriend and I love supporting local restaurants when we can (and many of them cater to vegetarians!), but we're pretty poor and require the financial convenience of the larger restaurants. Any advice?
@DyingIsYourLatestFashion: That is a really great idea. We do cook together sometimes, and it's a great way to save money! But sometimes you just don't feel like cooking...and therein lies the problem. lol
