dining in las vegas + margarita?

going to vegas :) i have my dinner plans booked for 3 days on nice restaurants. But one evening i would like to walk around the strip and do two things.
1) large margarita on plastic glass (i heard margaritaville is good). is it inside flemingo? inside the casino? Where else do you recommend for large margarita.
2) Second question is after chillin with margarita, i would like to go to casual place with live band/music/ cover band for dinner. Nothing too fancy but good food and live music would be great. Any suggestions?

Margaritaville is Awesome! their classic frozen margarita is perfect. Volcano Nachos are a great app as well. it's located right across from Caesars palace forum shops, and on the north corner of Flamingo Casino. you could maybe also try Kahunaville, inside TI (treasure island)
