I have been trying to decide on a digital camera to buy, I have been all over review sites, comparison sites and all sorts as there are so many cameras to choose from. The main use of my digital camera will be for nights out, concerts, and music festivals! so i need something that can deal with loud music better than others and something that can deal with low light situations better than others. I realise you can get top of the range camera which are great for this however my budget is around £100 to £140.
I have 2 cameras that i have found that i quite like and think would do ok in the situations i need them for. These are:

I would appreciate if someone could take a look at both of these and say which is better out of the two and also maybe suggest a completely different camera that is in my price range.
