Im just assuming this because because the last week Ive felt like shit. Scratch that....BEYOND SHIT.
Friday night I started having horrible pains in my lower back that worsened with contractions that never got into a pattern. The contractions were so strong that my whole abdomen started hurting. But they never had a pattern....so I didnt go in. I spent that night in agony and never slept. Saturday the reason for those pains showed up in the form of massive diarhea. Gross huh! So I spent the day shitting, still in pain.
Last night I started peeing a lovely shade of brick red. Seeing as how I had had about 5 bottles of water and a glass of grape juice, I figured that probably meant another kidney infection. So I go to the er where the damn nurse didnt really take my bp right. I had no idea, but it showed up as being obscenely high.
Pregnant woman with dark urine and high bp....pre eclampsia! But they didnt tell me anything. They did a half dozen vaginal exams to make sure I wasntleaking fluid, even though I told them IM NOT IN FUCKING LABOR. And then they wanted to make sure that the high levels of blood and protein weren't coming from outside my peehole(cause I love rubbing steak on my junk!) so I got cathed. By a woman who kept DIGGING because she couldnt understand why there was not much pee in there, though I told her that I had just peed. She scratched the shit out of my urethra, so now Im pissing MORE blood. Finally they gave up and sent me to l&d where they hooked me up to a moniter for like 3 hours, randomly taking my bp which was at a sweet 100 over 60 the whole time. No contractions (duh) no high bp, no swelling.....it isnt pre eclampsia. (no shit)
Verdict? Kidney infection and dehydration.
Gave me what was needed through an IV and sent me home 7 hours after I got there.
and now my peehole is itchy on the inside from that stupid twit digging around.
and in case no one got this from the story I AM SO READY TO NOT BE PREGNANT NOW.
