Different rules for different employees

I work in sales and a different set of rules that I go with the rest of the sales staff have been treated unfairly. We are selling 100% 4 3 reps work on commission and as we come and go (outside sales), please have a staff member paid an hourly rate and a low commission and should be in the office 40 hours MF can. She also participate and events that we attend around the city is working on. Employees pay the balance, but not the events should work. We are all less then trade him out of the current economy has affected many. I think an hour is the office staff member (via phone) is coming into being of the majority. I believe this because they have money as they sell it as much as her monthly salary is not lost for those trying to make. Other sales staff feel the same way. New rules that started you have a lead to be in the office, they do not call or contact information will email you all should. </span>I mainly work from home is the main person who will receive and therefore I have no clue. I have a small child that I cared for during the day, but I have a home office and am able to work. They have been fine with arangment. I am currently on low wages I hire a sitter can not. Mentioned above, my main complaint with a claim that we list, where sales reps are working with businesses we mark down and we are given a certain amount of time to close the deal, last chance deadline again We're expanding a progress. I have lost many accounts recently, because I failed to extend the expiration date. I accounts for another 30 days on the job was going conitnue. My boss said, "bad to have a representative claim them and they are yours now" (a different sales rep, not hourly), I still I email client that they were going to close any day with </span>was sent was. Fast forward a similar thing a week later the same rep that my account "stolen" with happend. He claimed I had one account and he sold them and my boss said some had called it right. While it clearly was claimed. Behind him and my boss told me to mind. Even if they made it clear that you have an account claiming that the work is actually the same exact day that the discussion must have happend. The many events that have taken place and I think I am being treated unfairly by a different set of rules is one. It is very hard to make me money since I am 100% commission from me, in my opinion accounts being "stolen" makes for. I verbally being treated unfairly stating my feelings about a staff meeting was attacked by the same representative. </span>I feel uncomfortable in your work environment and I want to quit. I could not sleep at night and I'm stressed out can. But I'm afraid I will not be able to qualify for unemployment. I have a similar situation that I have been unable to find qualified for. I worked there for 6 years. According to what I have read quit a job you get unemployment if you can have a good reason. Please let me know if you have the legal treatment and I would be able to qualify for unemployment if. I live in California. Thanks
 
It is true that you can quite your job and collect unemployment, but the range is too high, and most states have watered down option so I will not try that one. I honest to be a tough racket sales and payment terms there is strange to deal with the commission, etc., that I am not familiar enough with you to say (and the other three) are being adversely treated or not .

Is weak easily is a good sales leads they can sell the person could argue with the employer is getting stronger hourly employee and employer to give a valid business reason as his hourly rate , can cover. You said yourself out that employers have taken a hit during the recession and to adjust their businesses to meet the reality of the current economic climate.
