grad, HS grad, college, and grad? What is the difference between the literacy rates (defining functional literacy as reading on an 8th grade level) of children whose parents: 1. did not graduate from high school, 2. are high school graduates, 3. have an associate's degree, 4. have a bachelor's degree, and 5. have a master's degree and above?
